Delete Your Account
Deleting your account permanently removes your email address, display name, credentials, and online game history. This cannot be undone. You can keep playing against the computer without an account after deletion.
Delete inside the game (immediate)
- Open Tribute of the Twelve Realms and sign in.
- From the main menu, open Support.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm with your account email.
Deletion takes effect immediately.
Delete by email (within 30 days)
If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your authentication account (email, display name, password hash) and all online game records associated with it. Local practice data on your device is not affected — uninstalling the app removes it.
